This Privacy Policy describes how Oguzhan Satilmis ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile applications ("Apps") we publish on the Apple App Store. By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Our Apps are designed to collect as little information as possible. We do not require account creation, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, contacts, location, or health data.

Depending on the specific App, the following limited information may be processed:

• Subscription and purchase status, where an App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions. This is handled through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, and Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us for support, such as your email address.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting services that collect personal data.

How We Use Information

Any information collected is used solely to:

• Operate and maintain subscription functionality within our Apps;
• Respond to your support requests and communications.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may process purchase-related data (such as subscription status and transaction identifiers) on our behalf, under its own privacy policy, available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share your information with third parties, except where required to provide subscription functionality (via RevenueCat), comply with applicable law, or protect our legal rights.

Data Storage & Security

Where information is stored, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. Any data stored locally on your device remains under your control and can be removed by deleting the App.

Data Retention

We retain any collected information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to applicable law, including the Turkish Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Law No. 6698) where applicable.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Apps or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
