Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any mobile application ("App") developed and published by Oğuzhan Satılmış ("we", "us", "our") on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms of Use.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law;
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices contained in the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

If an App offers optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, all billing, renewal, and cancellation is handled entirely through your Apple ID account and is subject to Apple's own terms and payment policies. We do not process or store your payment information.

User Content

If an App allows you to submit content (such as feedback or support requests), you remain responsible for that content, and you agree not to submit anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to an App at any time, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time.

Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will govern with respect to your use of the App Store.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
